Updated Registration Fee Statement

April 7, 2020

Registration Fee Statement: Updated April 7, 2020

The Cognitive Neuroscience Society is happy to announce that as we continue to move our 2020 physical meeting in Boston to the 2020 worldwide virtual meeting, registration fees will be significantly reduced, and that the difference between the old fee structure and the new will be returned to those who are currently registered. This action will not only make the meeting more affordable for everyone currently registered, but also for our members and colleagues around the world who are now able to attend.

The registration rates are now the following:

$145 Student Member
$195 Post Doc Member
$295 Faculty Member
$395 Non-Members

We are very excited about the virtual conference and appreciate everyone who is working hard to set up their poster booths, record lectures, and put the meeting on their calendar for May 2-5, 2020.

If you registered for the meeting in Boston, then you do not need to do anything. Your registration has been applied to the virtual meeting, and you will receive a return equal to the difference between the new fees and what you originally paid.

If you registered for the virtual meeting at the old rate, then you do not need to do anything. You will receive a return equal to the difference between the new fees and what you originally paid.

We ask that you continue to be patient with us as we work through not only providing you with the best virtual conference possible, but also beginning the partial return process for the over 1200 registered attendees. This return process will take some time, but should be completed by April 17th. If you do not see a credit on your account by April 24th, then please email us at registration@cogneurosociety.org.
