CNS 2026 | Student Hotel Reservations

We’re pleased to offer a special hotel block designed with students in mind—affordable, convenient, and just a 7 minutes walk from the meeting venue. This is a great opportunity to stay close to all the CNS 2026 events without stretching your budget. Reservations are now being accepted at the YWCA Hotel,located at 733 Beatty St, Vancouver, BC V6B 2M4, Canada.

IMPORTANT: All CNS 2026 meeting events will take place at the JW Marriott Parq Vancouver, located at 39 Smithe Street, Vancouver, BC V6B 0R3, Canada—just a 7-minute walk from the YWCA Hotel. We look forward to welcoming you to Vancouver, BC!

The YWCA Hotel is offering a special room rate to student attendees of the CNS meeting:

$191 (CAD) Single/Double - Queen Private (QP) - a room with one queen bed, private bathroom, can sleep 1-2 max.

$192 (CAD) Single/Double - Double-Double Private (DDP)  - a room with 2 double beds, private bathroom. *Room can accommodate up to four people with an additional fee of $20 per person per night plus taxes. 

$209 (CAD) Single/Double - Queen-Queen Private (QQP) - a room with two queen beds, private bathroom. *Room can accommodate up to four people with an additional fee of $20 per person per night plus taxes.

* Rates are in Canadian Dollars.

Hotel Parking: The above rates do not include parking. We have very limited parking and is allocated on a first come, first served basis. There are many parking lots around our area, which our front desk staff will be happy to direct your delegates to.

HOTEL RESERVATION DEADLINE

The hotel reservation deadline is February 5, 2026. Reservation requests received after this date will be based on availability.

To book guest room(s), email reservations@ywcavan.org or call +1 604 895 5842. A valid credit card is required at the time of booking. If all the allotted rooms are booked, new additional requests will be based on availability.

HOTEL PAYMENT AND CANCELLATION POLICIES

  • The Hotel will charge a 1-night room fee+ taxes to each guest’s credit card on February 5, 2026. The remaining payment will be charged on the guest credit card on the arrival date.
  • The cancellation date to avoid a cancellation fee is February 19, 2026. The cancellation fee is the initial deposit which is a 1-night room fee + taxes.
