Food & Beverage menu prices to increase by no more than five percent (5%) of current 2025 menu prices

Banquet Menu: JW Marriott Banquet Event Menu 2025

Hotel Disclosure: All meeting room, food and beverage, and related services are subject to applicable taxes (currently 5%) in effect on the date(s) of the event. A Mandatory Gratuity of 13.2% on banquet food & beverage sales and room rental is distributed to all servers and related service personnel involved with the event. Mandatory Gratuities are subject to applicable taxes (currently GST 5% and alcohol related gratuities are subject to an additional 10% PST. Banquet food & beverage and room rental are subject to an Administration and Facility Set-up Fee in the amount of 8.8%, plus applicable taxes currently 5% (Alcohol is subject to an additional PST of 10%). The Administration and Set-up Fee is used to cover the cost of equipment, heat, light, power and other expenses related to the group’s overall use of the facilities. This Administration and Facility Set-up Fee is not a tip or gratuity for services provided by personnel, and no part of the Administration and Facility Set-up Fee is distributed to personnel. Audio Visual services are subject to a 22% Administrative Fee, plus applicable taxes (currently GST of 5% and PST of 7%). The Administrative Fee is used to cover the cost of the consumable items such as tape, cables, wall power and other expenses related to such use of audiovisual equipment. This AV Set-up Fee is not a tip or gratuity for services provided by personnel, and no part of the fee is distributed to personnel.
