Exhibit Booths at CNS

Sponsorship applications must be received by January 30, 2024 to receive published pricing.  The last day applications will be considered is March 4 (although exhibit space may sell out before the date and space is not guaranteed).

Exhibit booths are located adjacent to the poster sessions, allowing for maximum visibility.  Exhibit space is 8' deep by 10' wide, and includes one 6' skirted table, two chairs and one identification sign.

Furniture, carpet, electricity, internet, and other accessories must be rented from the exposition service company using the appropriate order forms in the Exhibitor Service Kit.

Exhibit space is assigned on a first-come, first-served basis with Gold and Platinum sponsors receiving first choice/premium spaces.  Please read our Exhibitor Agreement for hotel policies, insurance requirements and other guidelines.

Premium Exhibitor, $2,750, includes:
