First Author Registration Requirements
Registration is required for first authors of accepted posters and all symposium speakers. Presenter substitutions for posters require pre-approval by CNS and will be handled on a case-by-case basis. If an author substitution is approved, the first author must still pay the registration fee. Substitute presenters must also register. Please contact us at if you would like to request a substitute.
I need to cancel my CNS 2026 Annual Meeting registration. Can I get a refund?
The last day to request a refund is January 23, 2026. No refunds can be completed after this date. For cancellations made by January 23, 2026, registration fees will be refunded less a $50 cancellation fee.

Registration Confirmation
Confirmation of your registration is sent via email immediately upon receipt of payment address in your membership account. Please SAVE YOUR RECEIPT and print it for your reference, information and reimbursements.
