ADA

We look forward to welcoming you to the meeting!  If you have a disability or special need that may affect your participation, please contact us at kbosch@cogneurosociety.org as early as possible but no later than Friday, February 4th to allow adequate time for us to assist in meeting your needs. Attendees requesting disability services need to be registered to attend the CNS Annual Meeting before we can set up ADA services.

*Please note there will be Gluten-free options available at the coffee break(s)/welcome reception - available upon request, if you do not see it on the table please ask an attendant or CNS staff member so we can bring it out for you.

ASL Interpreter Services & Real-Time Captioning Services

ASL Interpreter Services & Real-Time Captioning Services will be provided upon attendee request for lectures within CNS 2023 Annual Meeting. The deadline to request interpreting services is February 4, 2023. It is our goal to accommodate all requests, but limitations in availability of professional interpreters means that sufficient lead time is needed to acquire their services. Closed Captioning / CART captioning is a speech-to-text interpreting service. Live event captioning benefits attendees who have a hearing loss, are deafened or deaf. If you require CART Transcription Services, please contact us in advance of the annual meeting to inquire about these services. Nursing/Lactation Room

CNS is providing a Nursing/Lactation Room with comfortable seating in the Golden Gate Room of the San Francisco Hyatt Regency Hotel on the Bayview Level.
