The first 60 Student (Undergraduate & Graduate) applicants will receive a $50 Discount off their Hotel Room Rate (regular rate $249) at the Sheraton Boston Hotel the official CNS 2025 Meeting Hotel. A one-time use special link will be sent to each winner to book their hotel room.

To apply for the Student Hotel Discount, you must first be registered to attend the CNS 2025 Annual Meeting, then forward your registration confirmation to meeting@cogneurosociety.org and include a short paragraph about how presenting or attending at this year’s conference will benefit your career goals.

Important Information:

• The $50 Discount will be given on a first-come, first-served basis to the first 60 applicants. Get your registration in early to qualify!
• Winners will be notified by email. CNS’s Student Hotel Discount is only open to CNS 2025 Student (Undergraduate & Graduate) Registrants.
• The prize has no cash value and is nontransferable & cannot be exchanged.
• If CNS cannot confirm registration, the application will be forfeited.
• If CNS cannot contact the winner (via email) within a reasonable period of time (to be established at CNS’s sole discretion) CNS reserves the right to re-draw until a winner is found.
• By applying, you agree to having your name, details and/or photo published online, in print when we announce the winners.
